Adil Suleman

Adil is a qualified actuary and the Head of the Actuarial Services Division at Zamara. While he started his career in the pensions industry as the leader of the actuarial division, he is now involved in insurance and investment consulting and continuing to focus on the pension sector. Adil is a qualified Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He has had the opportunity to provide actuarial services to clients in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Nigeria, Liberia, and Ethiopia.

Anthony Kilavi

Anthony is the Head of the Consulting and Advisory Division at Zamara. He is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in retirement benefits consultancy and plays a pivotal role in driving thought leadership and innovation. He plays a leading role in the advocacy of pension tax reforms in Kenya. He plays a key role as a Council member of the Association of Retirement Benefits Scheme in articulating the improvement of the pension policy framework. He is a Director at our wholly-owned subsidiary, Corporate & Pension Trust Services Limited which provides corporate trustee services.

Raymond Muthama

Raymond is the Chief People & Culture Officer overseeing the People Agenda across Zamara Group. He is a credible and results-oriented HR Professional with over 19 years of work experience. He has worked for 12 years with KPMG, ALN Kenya & and a few Start-Ups. He is a graduate of the Stanford Business School, People Program 2017, and the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management, Prac cert 5046

Shera Noorbhai

Shera is the Head of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function for all Companies under the Group.  She is a Director at our wholly-owned subsidiary, Corporate & Pension Trust Services Limited, and an Associate Actuary with 25 years of experience in pensions, medical, and trusteeship. She is a leader with high integrity and familiarity in financial management, asset consulting, risk management, and compliance. She builds solid internal and external business relationships, bringing balance and simplicity, practical in anticipating problems, and actively resolving challenges.

Rosalyn Mugoh

Rosalyn is a seasoned insurance practitioner with a flair for designing Insurance solutions that put the customer at the heart of Zamara’s business. With 15 years of experience under her belt, she provides leadership to a multi-skilled and talented team as the Managing Director of Zamara Risk & Insurance Brokers Kenya and has been tasked with leading our strategic growth and expansion across Africa. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing).

Sundeep Raichura

Sundeep is a qualified actuary and Group CEO of Zamara Group with over 30 years of experience in actuarial, pensions, and investment consultancy. He has been involved in and contributed to all aspects of the pension conversation in Kenya, ranging from pension reform, regulatory enhancement, product innovation, pension fund investments, and much more. He is the current Chairman of the Kenya Pension Fund Investment Consortium (‘KEPFIC’).
