Welcome to the FAQ section of the Zamara HR Summit 2026. Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our event, from registration details to session schedules. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to reach out.

KES.55,000 (inclusive of VAT)

The Conference Fee Excludes Travel & Accommodation.

Yes. The summit has 6 IHRM Approved CPD Points.

Payment can be made via MPESA Paybill 522522, Account Number 127064140, or by bank transfer to Zamara Actuaries Administrators & Consultants Ltd, KCB Bank Karen Platinum, Account Number 1275064140, Swift Code KCBLKENX, Bank Code 01.

A delegate cancelling attendance two (2) weeks prior to the summit date will receive 50% of the summit fee paid. Any delegate cancelling attendance any time after that will unfortunately not get a refund, this is due to the funds already committed to organizing the summit.

Yes. Early bird registration is KES 50,000 and is valid until 31 July 2026.

Yes. The negotiated venue rate is KES 19,000 half board per person per night. Contact Winnie Owino, Sales Manager, at winnie.owino@planhotel.com and use the booking reference Zamara HR Regional Summit.

An exhibition will run alongside the Zamara Regional HR Summit, providing you with the opportunity to network with the delegates, demonstrate your products, and generate sales leads.

  • Listing of your logo and company name on our brochure, program, and website.
  • A booth/tent to exhibit your products.
  • Promotional materials can be added to the delegates’ bags.

Excluded

The exhibition package does not include a delegate fee to the summit; to attend the summit, the delegate fee of KES 55,000 applies.
