4. Employee Benefits Insurance Agency

The following insurance services are available for Trustee Indemnity and Group Life Assurance (GLA) schemes:

To monitor the terms and conditions offered by insurance companies in respect of insurance contracts issued to the Scheme and comment to the Trustees of the Scheme of the findings;
To follow up on claims and ensure accurate and full payment is made out to the beneficiary;
To arrange for re-broking exercises as and when required; to conduct a mortality or claims analysis of the past experience and negotiate a profit sharing agreement with underwriters if the claims experience is better than anticipated by the underwriter.
