Your Right to Data Deletion
A data subject may request a Data Controller or Data Processor to rectify any inaccurate, out-dated, incomplete or misleading information and erase or destroy personal data that the data controller or data processor is no longer authorised to retain, irrelevant, excessive or obtained unlawfully.

Data Retention and Deletion Principles
Zamara Group seeks to ensure that it only retains data necessary to effectively conduct its activities and work in fulfillment of its mission and objectives and comply with applicable laws and regulations. We are guided by the following principles:
- Storage Limitation: Personal Data should only be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for processing the Data.
- When Data is Deleted: Personal data must be deleted when the purpose for retention is achieved and there is no longer need such data, for instance where:
- The relevant contract has already been performed and possible claims are time barred.
- The Data Subject has withdrawn consent to the Processing (i.e. if consent constitutes a basis for processing).
- The Personal Data is incorrect.
- Expiration of Retention: Where the purpose for retention of the data has been achieved, Zamara Group shall notify the data subject of their intention to discard the data.
- Confirmation of Deletion: Once the above conditions are met, Zamara Group shall proceed to discard the information and prepare a record of the Data that has been discarded.
